Note: Tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Admission to poster exhibition
  • Admission to exhibition
  • Admission to Welcome Reception (free of charge but registration is mandatory!)
  • Coffee/tea during breaks
  • Light lunch

Please note that EANO refrains from handing out congress bags for reasons of sustainability.

Payment Modalities

 

Payment of registration fees may be made in EURO by:

  • Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, Discover, JCB and China UnionPay)
    • After your online registration and the credit card payment have been completed you will receive a confirmation of registration via email.
  • Bank transfer to the congress account
    • After your online registration has been completed you will receive an invoice for the open amount to be paid. You will receive a separate confirmation of registration and payment once your payment has been credited to the congress bank account.
    • Payments must be made within 14 days after the online registration has been completed.
    • Payments must be made free of charge to the beneficiary in EURO. Any bank charges will be collected on site by credit card payment.
    • Clearly state the participant’s name, the invoice number and the registration number on the transaction.
    • Kindly note that bank transfers made within 2 weeks prior to the congress may not be confirmed in writing. If you make a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment to the registration desk.
    • Bank transfer option will be available until January 31, 2027.

    IMPORTANT
    Reduced registration fees are only applicable, if the amount is paid to the congress account within the according deadlines. Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.

    Payment Deadlines
    Early rate: until November 30, 2026
    Regular rate: November 30, 2026 - January 13, 2027
    Late & On-site rate: after January 13, 2027

 

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the organising office at cns-meetings@eano.eu. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted (incl. IBAN and BIC). The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the CNS Metastasis Meeting registration department is received. Refunds will be made after the congress as follows:

- until November 30, 2026: 75% Refund
- November 30, 2026 - January 13, 2027: 25% Refund
- after January 13, 2027: No Refund

 

In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing by email to the CNS Metastasis Meeting organising office at cns-meetings@eano.eu. Refunds will only be made after the congress.

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the congress, which are beyond the control of the meeting organiser.

No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues. However, EANO accepts substitute delegates. By registering to the EANO-EORTC CNS Metastasis Meeting participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the organising office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The registration fee does not include insurance.
