With the submission of an abstract to the EANO-EORTC CNS Meeting the presenting author:

• confirms that all authors are aware of and agree to the content of the abstract and support the data presented and that no other abstract of the same content has been submitted via this abstract submission process;
• accepts to be the contact person for all correspondence about the abstract and to inform co-authors and especially the presenting author about its status;
• acknowledges that the presenting author of this abstract must register and pay the registration fee by January 13, 2027;
• states that for studies involving human or animal subjects, permission has been obtained from the relevant regulatory authority, and properly informed consent has been given where appropriate;
• accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract;
• acknowledges that once the abstract is submitted, changes, corrections or rewording are only possible until the deadline of abstract submission (October 9, 2026);
• agrees that the abstract submission is not possible without collecting, saving and processing their personal data (required fields with *). This is done in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (EU-GDPR 2018) and solely for the purpose of organising and realising the event. All abstracts including the author block will be made accessible to all participants, committee members and sponsors and may also be considered for publication in a journal. • confirms that no person employed by a company as defined by the CMSS Code for Interactions with Companies is the first or presenting author on clinical abstracts or on abstracts on translational research from clinical trials;
• acknowledges that employees of pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies can submit and present data generated through in-vitro and pre-clinical basic research, but not from translational research from clinical trials. The meeting presentation, whether oral or poster, must clearly describe all financial disclosures;
• acknowledges that careful typing and proof-reading are essential as the abstract will appear, if accepted, as submitted;
• acknowledges that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used solely for language editing (e.g., spelling, grammar, clarity). All concepts, data, analyses, and conclusions are the authors’ original work. The use of generative artificial intelligence to create, alter, or substantively modify scientific content is not permitted;
• confirms that they have secured the necessary permissions (and paid any associated fees) to reuse any third-party material included in the abstract;
• grants to Neuro-Oncology Advances, and by extension its publisher, Oxford University Press (OUP), the open access license:
  • to publish the final version of the conference abstract in Neuro-Oncology Advances, and to distribute it and/or to communicate it to the public, either within the Journal, on its own, or with other related material throughout the world, in printed, electronic or any other format or medium whether now known or hereafter devised;
  • to make translations of the abstract and to distribute them to the public; to authorise or grant licenses to third parties to do any of the above;
  • to deposit copies of the abstract in online archives maintained by OUP or by third parties authorised by OUP; and
  • to administer subsidiary rights agreements with third parties for the full period of copyright and all renewals, extensions, revisions and revivals.
  • The open access license allows public reuse of their work, for any non-commercial purpose, and credit must be provided to them.
