Congress policy

Disparity and inclusivity statement

At the EANO Meeting, we prioritize equality, diversity, and inclusivity as fundamental values. We believe in fostering an environment where all participants, regardless of background or identity, can engage meaningfully and feel valued.
Embracing a diversity of perspectives and individuals enriches our discussions, fosters innovation, and opens doors to new collaborations. It enhances the quality and depth of our event experiences.

Therefore, we encourage all attendees to uphold these principles by respecting others, adopting an inclusive attitude, and reporting any incidents that may undermine inclusivity. Your active support contributes to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
