INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
IMPORTANT
If you are unable to present your poster, you are kindly requested to contact the organising office immediately.
POSTER DETAILS
- Only posters in portrait format can be mounted.
- The usable surface on the poster board will be 95 cm width x 135 cm height (approx. 37 x 53 inches).
- Material to mount posters will be provided to you onsite.
- Compliance:
- In compliance with EACCME regulations, you are requested to disclose conflicts of interest on your poster.
- Your poster must not contain any sponsored content or company promotion as company names, company logos, medicines or medicine logos among others, including names of prescription medicines. EANO together with their participants are very much looking forward to your data and input.
- When presenting data and health information (including photos) all presenters must have informed consent compliant with human subjects and applicable regulations, and comply with GDPR.
- Posters should stimulate discussion, not give a long presentation. Therefore, keep text to a minimum, emphasize graphics and make sure every item is necessary.
- Include the title of your presentation. The EANO will not post the abstract titles on poster boards.
- The lettering of the poster heading should be at least 2.5 cm high. Detailed information can be provided in a smaller size, but remember that your text must be easily readable from distances of at least 1 meter.
- If you wish, you may include a QR code to a handout on the poster. Please do not give away printed handouts to help the organizer to reduce the amount of paper at the congress.
- You may also wish to provide contact information on your poster.
- The official congress language is English. Therefore, all posters must be in English.
- Your headshot photograph on the poster may facilitate contacts during the congress.
- For additional assistance in preparing your poster, there are a number of excellent resources available online. For more information, type “scientific poster preparation guidelines” into your internet search engine.
- Please note, it is possible for the viewer to take photographs of your poster. If you do not wish any scientific content of your poster to be photographed, please indicate this clearly visible on your poster.
SCHEDULE FOR MOUNTING, DISPLAY AND REMOVAL
All presenters have been informed about their poster session allocation and details (poster presentation number, poster session, etc.) via email on August 27, 2025. In case you did not receive the email please contact the organising office.
Poster Viewing with authors Session I (Group A): Friday, October 17, 18:00-19:30 hrs
- Posters will be on display on Friday, October 17 from 08:00-19:30 hrs
- Poster mounting: Friday, October 17 as of 07:30 hrs
- Poster removal: Friday, October 17 from 19:30-19:45 hrs
- Please note that posters not removed until Friday, October 17 at 19:45 hrs will be taken down and will not be stored or sent to the authors after the congress.
Poster Viewing with authors Session II (Group B): Saturday, October 18, 17:00-18:30 hrs
- Posters will be on display on Saturday, October 18 from 08:00-18:30 hrs
- Poster mounting: Saturday, October 18 as of 07:30 hrs
- Poster removal: Saturday, October 18 from 18:30-18:45 hrs
- Please note that posters not removed until Saturday, October 18, 18:45 hrs will be taken down and will not be stored or sent to the authors after the congress.
Please note that the organisers cannot assume any liability for loss or damage of posters displayed in the poster area.

SCHEDULE FOR DISPLAY
- Onsite in the Poster Area from Friday, October 17 (07:30 hrs CEST) to Saturday, October 18 (18:30 hrs CEST).
- IMPORTANT: Your presence during the Poster Viewing with authors Session is not required as your e-poster will be displayed electronically and will not be part of a scheduled discussion session.
E-POSTER DETAILS
- Format: portrait
- Number of pages: maximum 1 (participants will be able to zoom in and out)
- File type: PDF
- File size: max. 200 MB
- File name: e-poster number and presenter’s name. To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, etc.).
- Font: do not use special fonts as these complicate the readability
- Do not use any passwords or encryption for your file.

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR E-POSTER
- Deadline: Monday, October 13, 2025
- An email with detailed upload instructions and the link(s) to upload your e-poster(s) will be sent to you via email from "info@gcon.me" one month before the congress starts.
- If you have more than one presentation, you will receive one upload link per presentation. Please make sure to upload the different presentation files to the according links.
- If you want to submit an updated version of your e-poster, you can use the same upload link until the deadline October 13, 2025.
- The last uploaded document will be manually checked by a technician to ensure that it meets all technical requirements. You will receive an email notification informing you whether the document has been approved or if modifications are required after October 13th.
PRESENTATION CERTIFICATES
Presentation certificates will be emailed to all presenting abstract authors upon request by email.
