Congress policy
Disparity and inclusivity statement
At EANO 2025, we prioritize equality, diversity, and inclusivity as fundamental values. We believe in fostering an environment where all participants, regardless of background or identity, can engage meaningfully and feel valued.
Embracing a diversity of perspectives and individuals enriches our discussions, fosters innovation, and opens doors to new collaborations. It enhances the quality and depth of our event experiences.
Therefore, we encourage all attendees to uphold these principles by respecting others, adopting an inclusive attitude, and reporting any incidents that may undermine inclusivity. Your active support contributes to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
Language
The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Badges
Permission to the congress (scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area) is only permitted to registered participants. Therefore, wearing your badge throughout the entire congress is mandatory!
Pictures
Please note that taking pictures during the sessions is allowed, unless indicated otherwise by the presenter or the poster author.
Certificate of attendance
Confirmations of attendance will be issued via email to all participants after the congress.
Smoking Policy
The EANO Meeting is officially a no-smoking-congress.
Programme
The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme in case of external or unforeseen circumstances and cannot assume any liability. All sessions and presentations will be available live in Prague only. Virtual attendance or watching sessions on demand will not be possible.
Posters will be presented as printed posters or E-Posters live in Prague. Abstracts presented at the EANO 2025 are available on the congress app, the congress website and in the October digital issue of the journal NeuroOncology.
