The EANO 2025 Organising Office does not provide housing services.

You may book a room through the online booking portal of bnetwork, the official accommodation provider (housing agency) for EANO 2025. They have negotiated discounted rates especially for EANO participants at hotels close to the venue.

Accommodation will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Therefore it is recommended that you make your reservation as early as possible.

Based on our experience from past years, please be aware that you may be contacted by phone or email by third party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers or destination management companies to solicit you with aggressive or deceptive tactics for travel arrangements or room reservations.

Be aware that this is a scam designed to obtain your credit card information and/or to make phony charges to your credit card. Please be very cautious when contacted as representatives are extremely pushy, prodding and convincing. We recommend that you do NOT give these companies your credit card information, personal information, or any details about your trip. The EANO organising office is your only point of contact and will not ask for your credit card information via phone or email.
