Dear EANO members, friends, and colleagues,

I am delighted to welcome you in Vienna for the 17th EANO Annual Meeting taking place from September 15th - 18th, 2022.

The programme of the educational day and the main meeting will highlight the most recent findings in basic, translational, and clinical science from all fields of Neuro-Oncology and provides a superb platform for discussion of the most recent data. Whether you are a clinician, a scientist, a nurse specialized in Neuro-Oncology or new in the field, you will find presentations that will increase your knowledge. The speakers come from many countries, institutions and specialties and will give you a plethora of information and experiences that will make the EANO 2022 another successful meeting.

We are very happy and proud to have received more than 370 submissions of original contributions that will be shared in oral and poster presentations and will surely lead to lively exchange and generate new cooperations and research ideas.

I thank the EANO Meeting Office, the EANO Committees, my team members and all supporters for the dedicated work and collaboration in organizing the conference! Let’s enjoy together the exciting scientific exchange, the strengthening of collaborations and friendships, and, if our busy congress schedules allow, also the wide range of cultural and culinary pleasures the beautiful city of Vienna has to offer!
