** PhD students, residents and trainees: Please provide a copy of a Student's ID or a confirmation signed by the head of department at the moment of your registration by email to eano-meetings@eano.eu. Confirmations handed in at a later stage cannot be considered.

How to register for the Educational Day?

Please note that the Educational Day is NOT included in the registration fee of the EANO 2021 Meeting.

There are two possibilities of registering for the Educational Day:

  • If you wish to attend the EANO 2021 Meeting and the Educational Day please book the Educational Day during the online registration for the EANO 2021 Meeting
  • If you want to attend the Educational Day only please register by using the button “Educational Day Only” on the registration site. (See online registration obove)

In case you already registered for the EANO 2021 Meeting and have now decided to attend the Educational Day additionally, please contact the registration manager: eano-meetings@eano.eu

The course will be held in English and will feature a series of well-known international experts in the field on all topics relevant for a detailed introduction to, or update on, Neuro-Oncology. The concept of the course allows all attendees to get a full insight into modern Neuro-Oncology.

Payment of Registration fees, may be made in EURO by:

  • Bank transfer to the conference account
    Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary in EURO. Any bank charges will be collected on site. Clearly state the participant’s name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form.
  • Credit Cards: Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa.

IMPORTANT
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has also been paid to the congress account meeting the according deadlines. Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.

  • Credit card payment: After your online registration and the credit card payment has been completed you will receive a written confirmation of registration via email
  • Bank transfer: After your online registration has been completed you will receive an invoice for the open amount to be paid. You will receive a separate confirmation of registration and payment in due course once your payment has been credited to our bank account. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the conference cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.

After September 13, 2021, pre-registration will be closed, but you may register on-site at the registration desk.
